RESPONSABILITATI

- Administer the daily correspondence sent and received by RMX & Aggregates Director, both hard copy and electronic
- Manage and permanently update the meetings agenda
- Organize and participate in different meetings and draw up the minutes
- Prepare different documents and presentations when required
- Arrange the business trips for RMX & AGG department
- Organize RMX & AGG Director’s office, including documents administration
- Offer administrative support to RMX & AGG department
- Actively participate in organizing different events


CERINTE

- University degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a diverse cultural environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Self management, planning and organizing skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Teamwork and customer focus
