RESPONSABILITATI

Someone that will be in the administration office, doing all the administrattive duties and dealing with the external firm that does the accounting, giving them all the information they need on a monthly basis for preparing the accounts. She/ he also would have to manage the cash flow taking into account all the payments that need to be done each month.
Organisation of all the information, and constant reporting and contact with the office in Madrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administration of suppliers, follow up of the contracts, invoices, payments etc
- Cash control and management of the payments.
- Control and reporting of expenses
- Relation with banks, follow up and control of the bank accounts
- Work closely with the external accountants, prepare all the information (invoices , paymentes, etc) they might need.
- Deal with general accounts queries from the office.


CERINTE

- 3 to 5 years experience in an Office/Administrative position
- English - advanced knowledge (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel
- serious, responsible and organized person
- attentive to details
