- Communicates and/or coordinates executive’s instructions and requests with various individuals and/or departments
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors for the executive
- Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conference and travel
- Register the invoices
- In charge with mail delivering
- Anything else is requested from the manager in the limits of the law, and in line with the company policy
- Highly organized and proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, team orientation
- Person willing to handle spontaneous and urgent requests for assistance
- Fluent in English
