CERINTE

The ideal candidate is a flexible and open minded person, adaptable and capable of teamwork, with control and planning abilities;
- has a University degree, a very good comand of English and German,
- is familiar with PC software and other office equipment and has a Driving license.


DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

Takes phone calls and gives information forward as required.
Writes and sends messages (by fax or e-mail) of the General Manager to Romanian or foreign partners.
Keeps record of incoming and outgoing documents of the General Manager.
Organizes the business agenda of the General Manager.
Organizes meetings of the Board of Management and other, prepares the necessary documents and other extras.
Translates and edits texts from/into German and English.
Conceives and writes documents, studies, reports, minutes, when required by the General Manager.
Keeps various administrative records.
Uses office equipment such as : computer, scanner, printer, fax, copy machine.
