RESPONSABILITATI

The main responsibilities of the positions include:

- Coordinating, developing and maintaining the relationships with the company’s suppliers;
- Supervising all maintenance and reception personnel;
- Managing all workplace resources of the company;
- Overseeing the external communication process;
- Participating in budgeting and reporting the spent amounts according to the internal procedures;
- Liaising with the Landlord and acting as local facilitator for billing and lease, as well as monitoring and managing the utility bills;
- Managing internal events, client meetings and all other adjacent tasks.

- Experience in the administrative area, focused on the relations with the company’s suppliers;
- Fast reactions and a pro-active and problem solving attitude;
- Strong organizational and coordinating abilities;
- Good understanding of the Time Management concept;
- Very good communication skills in both English and Romanian;
- Strong negotiation abilities.
