· Performs primary accounting, payments and office accounting coordination under the supervision of the office managers.
· Compiles various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual budget or business related reports as required
· Organizes and maintains files, documents and records for assigned area(s) as required
· Processes and distributes departments correspondence
· Assists assigned department(s) in the area of time management and travel planning
· Performs miscellaneous clerical duties like typing, processing of mail, maintaining internal telephone listings, answering telephones, taking messages and answering callers different questions, forwarding callers and visitors to appropriate department or staff person in a professional manner.
· Performs primary administrative and secretarial support for assigned area(s) (translating, reporting, etc)
· Performs other related tasks as assigned
· previous experience in primary accounting operations IS A MUST
· good proven expertise in clerical tasks ( typing, secretarial duties, etc.)
· good PC skills
· high level of writen and spoken English
