RESPONSABILITATI

Maintains a highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers and visitors. Assures that managers are not burdened with clerical work or minor administrative and business details.
- Files and directs incoming mail.
- Composes and types routine correspondence according to available documents and mails it.
- Files correspondence, documents and other records.
- Answers general incoming calls and gives information to callers, directs calls to the appropriate official.
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs or conducts visitors to employer or the appropriate person.
- Arranges travel schedules and reserves hotel accommodation and travel tickets.
- May record minutes of staff meetings.
- Operates switchboard


CERINTE

communicative and open person
structured,organized
diplomatic
knowledge about pharmaceutical market is an advantage
experience in a simar position could be a plus
University graduate
fluent in English language
