Job Description for an Admin Support Position

- Follow all the appropriate processes and use all the necessary tools to achieve operational performance
- ensure accurate data entry
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure close relationship with the other team members in order to achieve overall best team results
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time


CERINTE

We are looking for pre/graduates with:

- Economical/IT background preferably
- Technical knowledge and/or background in IT products & services
- Experience in support functions or abilities & motivation to obtain it
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Good Microsoft Office applications knowledge
- Experience/Abilities in maintaining strong working relationship and effective lines of communication with internal and external customers
- Quality and Details oriented
- Fast learner
- Used & enjoy to work under time pressure
- applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete the variety of assignments/tasks,
- organizes own tasks, requests and receives general instructions to achieve the targets
