Job description
• Spot business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Define a targeted market plan that identifies prospective new clients and opportunities for expanding existing client relationships
• Develop project plans to accelerate growth based on existent results, development of efficient sales
• Direct contact for all new business customers
• Reach top and bottom line objectives defined by annual plans
• Responsibilities include, but not limited to, cash flows, record keeping
• Create, coordinate and develop own team
• Ensure policy and procedures are maintained for all new business submissions
Job requirements
- University Degree
- Background in Sales & Marketing
- 1-2 years of team supervision experience
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Fluency in English
Personality
- Entrepreneurship spirit, results oriented with good autonomy
- Ability to launch from scratch a new entity, keeping in mind that the organization of the small business will have to be flexible enough to become big
- Excellent communication skills (both internal and external)
- Understanding of financial numbers
- Organized, able to manage projects
- Work well under pressure.
