Co-operation with ad sales clients:
- the advertisements acquisition (contact with clients, gaining the commission, preparing the materials for printing);
- organizing the contacts and meetings with ad sales clients;
- increase of the new clients¿ base;
- preparation of the ad sales and promotional materials;
- preparation of the offers and proposals for the advertising agencies clients;
- Co-operation with the Magazine Editorial team and Production Department for the best possible advertisement presentation in the Magazine issue.
-The routine Departmental activities:
- Offers preparation and mailing to the ad sales clients;
- Contacts with the external cooperating companies;
-Attention to the good Departamental image:
- Adequate level of phone conversations (politness and customer orientation);
- Display of hospitality and good manners towards the customers visiting the AD Sales Department;
- Good work organization:
- Cost savings initiatives;
- Proper time management and prioritisation of the tasks to meet the deadlines.
- Experience in the ad sales.
- High energy level and good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and negotiating skills.
- Computer fluency (Windows Office).
- Creativity necessary for new ad sales ideas.
