RESPONSABILITATI

This position is within Access Panels Department and this Manager is responsible for the success of Access Panels recruitment plan.

Main task: to |recruit| respondents for online surveys using a large range of tools and to ensure maintenance for our database with survey respondents, as: analysing recruitment needs, designing recruitment plans, identifying new sources for online purchasing.
- Prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the acquisition process;
- Identifies and mediates conflicts between deadlines, resources, budgets and established goals;
- Builds up database with providers;
- Accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids and proposals;
- Negotiates and builds relationship with vendors;
- Arranges vendor contracts, bargains for best costs, and observes quality of purchased services;
- Responsible for decisions, consequences, and results having impact on people, costs, and/or service within the functional area;
- Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially policy/procedure-oriented operations;
- Ensures proper communication within his department and/or within other departments.


CERINTE

- Studies: Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics;
- Min. 3 years relevant experience;
- Experience in purchasing with product knowledge;
- Ability to negotiate with vendors;
- Good knowledge of marketing; knowledge of quantitative research is an asset;
- Ability to apply knowledge of market research;
- Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis;
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company;
- Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Team spirit and leadership skills;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
- Fluency in English - both spoken and written.
