• Works independently and actively on the development of his/her knowledge of the Arval products, processes, and organisation
• Works independently and actively on the development of his/her knowledge of branches, markets, and customers and shares this knowledge with others
• Follows internal and external training in order to, for instance, further expand his/her expert knowledge
• Is aware of the agreements as laid down in the Service Level Agreements in his/her field of expertise and fulfils these obligations
• Recognises complaints and records them consistently in the system
• Acts in a proactive manner, observes trends and anticipates appropriately
• Independently applies a thematic approach in his/her work
• Actively looks for new addresses in order to further expand the Arval address file
• Independently call suspects and prospects in order to make an appointment for the sales representatives
• Performs technical follow-up on outstanding quotations
• Forms a tandem with the assigned sales representatives, manages their agenda, and prepares for them quotations, tenders, and so on.
• Team up with the assigned sales representatives in order to identify ways to achieve additional sales on the existing customers;
Minimum requirements:
• University graduate or student, preferable in economics
• Experience in sales can be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Romanian automotive market can be an advantage.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
