• Process received cheques / bills of exchanges from customers;
• Process all payments, receipts and compensations within required time scale – maintain up to date Information System client account;
• Calculate bad debt reserves and ensure they are posted in the system;
• Receivables reconciliations at the end of financial year;
• Process and match received payments and prepare list of unidentified payments;
• Communication with the customers and banks;
• Ensure that reconciliation of bank accounts/ receivables done within defined timelines.
• Bachelors degree, in accounting finance or related field are plus (or secondary bookkeeping background with relevant work experience);
• Previous accounting experience or experience with accounting systems are a plus;
• English on strong intermediate level is essential;
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills;
• Good team player;
• Responsibility and accuracy;
• Able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures.
