¿ Periodically reconcile the AR general ledger balances with the management system of customers balances;
¿ Organize the bad debts collection, applying the company collection procedures;
¿ Supervise daily cash collection, the recording of bank and cash collections in the accounting systems;
¿ Supervise the AR days computation and the bad debts computation, recording and reporting;
¿ Propose and permanent review the AR management and recording procedures.
¿ Bachelor in Finance or Accounting;
¿ Good management skills;
¿ Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of AR RAS and US GAAP accounting and reporting;
¿ Fluent in English;
¿ Very good command in MS Office (Sunsystems Financial Systems- represents an advantage).
