RESPONSABILITATI

Develop and manage short and long term operational goals and tactical objectives ensuring customer goals are incorporated
Work with the customer to develop and monitor AR policies and procedures, and resolve functional issues. (e.g. defining credit reason codes, query codes, revenue recognition issues, period end activity and issue resolution, maintaining file maintenance documentation)
Work with the customer to develop & manage key performance metric’s both internal and external
Assigning of AR resource to operational day-to-day activities, migrations and improvement projects.
Successful and accurate migration of specified markets as per the agreed schedule
Managing a group of Team Leaders to ensure Operational goals and targets are met with best in class processes / systems and within boundaries of Compliance
