Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures, especially:
•Create adjustments for spot rate transactions;
•Identify, log, and return any non-compliant invoices;
•Document Processing
•Controlling the booking of the invoices and the invoices processed to be paid;
•Reconciliation and analysis of the accounts balances at the end of the month
•Entering & modifying the suppliers in the dbs;

•Communicating with the client and the suppliers concerning the processed items
•Solves problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
•Minimum bachelors degree, in accounting finance or related field are plus (or secondary bookkeeping background with 1+ year work experience);
•Previous accounting experience or experience with accounting systems are a plus
•English on intermediate level is essential
•Good knowledge of Italian languageis essential
•Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
•Good team player
•Responsibility and accuracy
•Flexibility, within defined parameters
•Shares knowledge and experience with other members of team
•Basic working knowledge of one functional accounting area
