Checking all documents related to a payable invoice (purchase order, contracts, receiving notes, etc.);
Processing invoices and documents;
Booking accruals, provisions for the closing purpose;
Invoice Release;
Process payments;
Reconcile the balance with all suppliers;
Reporting for accounts payable accounting;
University Degree in Economics
Romanian economical and financial legislation
Experience of 1 year in a similar position
Analytical mind

PC skills (MS-Excel, Word, Access)
SAP system knowledges;
