• Timely and correct invoice booking &matching;
• Invoices error handling with suppliers by e-mail & telephone;
• Assist ERM GE&AT Account Payables accountants and service centers in accounting queries and issues;
• The required service levels for Account Payables processes / issues / requests;
• Up-to-date and accessible documentation for the processes.
• Work experience min 3 year, from which bookkeeping min 2 years;
• Deep understanding of the bookings and performance of accounting analysis for accounts payables;
• Microsoft Office tool knowledge, Excel very good;
• SAP experience;
• Foreign languages knowledge: German min B1, English medium;
• Communication and relational skills, initiative and curiosity;
• Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy and organization;
• Ability to work as part of a team.
