- Supervise and responsible for running the A/P Process for Commercial Unit;
- Supervising and inputting the vouchers in the system for Commercial Unit;
- Checking the vouchers packages for Commercial Unit related services;
- Responsible with the preparation of Acquisition Journal;
- Checking vouchers packages, investigate any discrepancies and solve them in due time;
- Reviewing and approving Intercompany reconciliation for all accounts (461, 451, 3xx);
- Prepared reconciliation for advance payments to suppliers, on a monthly basis, and document it in Audit File;
- Semi-annually balances reconciliation/ confirmation with all other suppliers related to Commercial Unit;
- Preparing A/P related reports for Audit files;
- Prepare all adjustments regarding the balance sheet report.
- Min. 3 years experience in financial department;
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting;
- Good knowledge of English (witten & spoken);
- PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook;
- Good accounting and control policy knowledge;
- Communication skills, organised and able to work under pressure.
