Responsibilities:
(1) Checking correctness of the payment request form/expense claim form/ allocation form/authorization, and verifying the invoice’s validity.
(2)motoring the payment documents be submitted by business dept in time and avoid urgent payment and delay payment by monthly statistics;
(3)cash advance application check and monthly clearance, be sure age of all cash advance are under the control of the regulation;
(4) Responsible for propagandizing financial policies and training local employee to claim their expense accurately. The main content of training: a. concept of cost center; b. necessity of SBI and how to apply; c. how to use the forms correctly; d. how to use SSE system; e. cash advance application and off-set; f. business trip expense regulations; g. attached document list; h. financial authorization limitation, etc.
(5) Weekly and monthly cash flow forecast for subsidiary;
(6) Cash business—withdraw /cash payment/ journal/ cash counting and keeping in safe;
(7) Bank accounts and balance management;
Ideal Candidates:
-Economical University graduated, Accounting University can be a plus;
- accounting experience for more than 3 years, to have experience with ERP be a plus;
- oral and written English to a good standard;
- good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- mature, stable, result oriented, honest and active person with open mind;
