• Responsibility for processing accounts payable invoices, expense statements, other payments to ensure thatthe KPIs related to these activities are achieved (main requirement: all documents must be processed within three days of receipt)
• Responsibility for activities assigned by the team lead
• Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.)
• Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy (especially at the end of the month)
• Reconciliation activities between AP and Treasury database to ensure that all processed payments are reflected in the bank accounts
• Communication and cooperation with supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines)
• Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), vendors, banks or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues
• Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project)
• Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with Supervisor
• Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth
• Other duties as stipulated by the superiors
• Previous accounting experience/studies or experience with accounting system (Oracle) are a plus
• Good Excel and Word skills
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
• Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year-end closing
• Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures)
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
