- Receive and process vendor invoices / credit memos split by legal entity / native language.
- Ensure that all invoices received for processing are actually processed and only once.
- Invoices with a payment order (PO) in the system are matched to the PO and receipt.
- Invoices without a PO in the system are adequately authorized.
- Ensure all invoices received for processing are actually processed and only once.
-Route mismatches to the relevant buyers, handle ¿internal communication¿.
- Check the VAT codes and change if necessary.
- University Degree (preferable in Accounting or Economic related)
- Written & verbal fluency in Italian.
- Fluency in English
- Have ideally previously worked in an accounts payable role.
- Be knowledgeable of VAT principles.
-Possess excellent PC skills and ideally (SAP) system experience.
- Excellent customer focus
- SAP/ERP knowledge is preferable
- MS Office User
