Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing invoices relating to accounts payables
* Post suppliers invoices in accounting system according to nature of services and allocation on projects;
* Filing and file maintenance;
* Accounts Reconciliation;
* Preparing Journal Entries;
* Daily cash register;
* Bank statements;
* Evidence of all advance payments and the expenses made;
* Involvement in invoicing process
Cerinte:
* Bachelors degree or final year in Accounting/Finance
* At least 2 years experience in accounting according to Romanian Accounting Standards
* Well organized, effective time management skills
* Fast learner
* Team-worker
* Good command of English (speaking and writing)
* Very good Excel/Word practice
