- Carry out routine or specialized accounting operations related to different accounting functions;
- Verify calculations, check or obtain codes, authorizations and any other relevant information for correct and timely processing;
- Review statements/ledgers/accounts to identify unusual or overdue items and take corrective action;
- Maintain the necessary accounting system according to defined procedures, accounting principles and legislation;
- Support company systems implementation
- Support Tax department during tax reviews
- Prepare ad hoc information/statistical breakdowns and reports when requested
- Produce routine reports and letters to customers/suppliers, may need to -communicate with customers via telephone.
- University degree in economical field preferably in Accounting;
- 2 - 3 years experience in a multinational environment;
- IAS and general accounting knowledge is a must;
- Experience in using financial software; SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Sound analytical & learning capability;
- Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Flexible, proactive and dynamic attitude;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word);
- English at intermediate level.
