The purpose of the job is to ensure seamless delivery of process excellence towards client groups.
Responsibilities:
¿ Coordination of the Operations staff and Managers by constantly motivating, coaching and supervising the team;
¿ Solving of the business related issues:
- overview and active participation in the monthly closing activities preparation of specific month-end accounting journals,
- review and preparation of monthly account reconciliations;
¿ Flawless communication with the customer as well as with the internal functions;
¿ Actively participate in developing process related projects;
¿ Permanently improve the quality of the operational processes.
¿ Experience of at least 4 years as Accounting/Finance Manager;
¿ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
¿ Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office;
¿ Excellent English a second European language like French, Spanish, German, Italian is mandatory;
¿ Strong business acumen and customer orientation;
¿ Ability to work with tight deadlines;
¿ Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills;
¿ Knowledge of ERP/financial systems, especially SAP, is an advantage.
