Role:
¿ Responsible for managing the general accounting function
¿ Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and payroll

Responsibilities

 Full management responsibility of accounting staff: G/L, A/R, A/P, payroll and collections.
 Responsible for monitoring the external bookkeeping activity
 Responsible for monthly close: accrual entries, revenue recognition, expense including all appropriate account.
 US GAAP reporting
 Detailed preparation and analysis of customers accounts
 Budget analysis and cost controlling activities
 Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and bank account
 Review and audit expense reports
 Tax: prep & file: Corporate reports
 Assist external auditors with year-end audit.
 Annual Budgeting: assist with creating department budgets
 Participate in special projects as requested by management
