Planning, directing and coordinating all the accounting functions in the team;
Coordinating and controlling several projects simultaneously;
Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidation business results;
Coordinating the preparing internal and external financial statements;
Generating and checking the trial balances and preparing the annual balance sheets;
Providing financial reports upon clients’ request;
Assessing the current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes;
Drawing-up reports to management;
Coordinating the activity of the junior and senior accountants.
Our client is a multinational company activating in consultancy field.
Requirements:
University graduate (economics);
Chartered accountant;
CAFR or ACCA student or certification would be an advantage;
Relevant experience in Romanian accounting (experience with IFRS is an asset);
Knowledge of Romanian tax regulations;
Computer skills (MS Office and accounting software);
Fluent in English;
Open-minded, with client-oriented work approach;
Managerial abilities;
Problem-solver, organized, interpersonal skills.
