On behalf of our client, a leading multinational consulting and outsourcing company, we are searching for an ACCOUNTING MANAGER willing to develop a career in the financial field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall owner for the accounting process – covers General Accounting, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable;
- Goal setting for direct reports and other team members;
- Monitors development plans for direct reports and other team members;
- Oversee the process and communicates with stakeholders for the assigned process;
- Interface with client senior personnel (Finance Directors and their direct reports) and manage the relationship;
- Acts as the business representative to assist in the definition and review of the integration requirements between the designated process area and other processes;
- Utilizes appropriate methods to gather process effectiveness and improvement feedback and identify gaps in process functionality;
- Provides direction and support for team responsible for ensuring that all process area activity is accounted for accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge in the Client Management arena – experience of relationship building; business management and knowledge (finance, commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and planning);
- Experience of successful project management within business transition, transformation or systems projects;
- Ability to understand and interpret complex client challenges and identify service improvement initiatives;
- High degree of problem solving and analytical capability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
