HART Human Resource Consulting is recruiting for his client, one of the most important financial services company, Accounting Manager.
Responsabilities:
- Plan, organize and control the accounting operations;
- Ensure the accuracy of the accounting transactions
- Coordinate and review the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial statements in accordance with RAS and IFRS
- Preparation and analysis of various internal financial reports;
- Review the reporting package for the CFO;
- Coordinate, supervise, motivate and develop the team members to achieve high quality performance standards.
- University degree;
- Good knowledge of IAS and IFRS
- Qualified ACCA or certified accountant (CECCAR);
- Minimum experience with US GAAP;
- Minimum 7 years experience;
- Experience in one of "Big 4" company (minimum 3 years);
- Good managerial experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of English.
