You will manage the company's accounting department to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements, tax filings, reports and other documents required by the local regulations.
You will ensure highest accounting quality and effective controls of the internal processes.
You will assist the local Business Planning Manager and Senior Management in financial planning, budgeting, month-end and year-end financial activities like reconciliations and budget preparations.
You will provide to the company's management information on legislative changes and their impact to the business and you will recommend best solutions related to their implementation.
You will set up and implement adequate administration / control procedures and supervise the effective use of the financial systems in the relevant areas.
You will ensure effective leadership, motivating and developing the direct reports in order to increase the efficiency of the group.
You will conduct annual audits with a consulting firm, Internal Audit representative or other auditing authorities.
You have University Degree in Economics supported by relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational company.
You have good knowledge of local and international accounting standards completed by excellent computer skills, including knowledge of local and GAAP accounting software packages.
You have logical and analytical thinking combined with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in group, proving flexibility and adaptability.
You have good managerial and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and find various solutions.
You have excellent command of English language.
