- Responsibility for processing accounting transactions to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved
- Responsibility for activities assigned by the team lead
- Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.)
- Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy
- Update processes and procedures as requested by supervisor by incorporating new information
- Communication and cooperation with supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines)
- Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project)
- Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Supervisor
- Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth
- Previous accounting experience/studies or experience with accounting system are a plus
- Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
- Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures)
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
- Flexibility, especially in periods with high volumes of transactions
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and German
- Excel and Word skills are a plus
