- Ensure correctness of posted accounts payable invoices according to defined rules.
- Explain identified accounting errors to accounts payable processors on a daily basis.
- Update/create accounting job aids for accounts payable processors.
- Train accounts payable processors in self organized training sessions.
Preferred Experiences/Knowledge:
- Oracle Accounts Payable (Basic knowledge)
- Oracle General Ledger (Basic knowledge)
- Experience with flight companies is an asset
- Language skills in one additional European language
Showing strong willingness/self motivation to retain required experiences/knowledge on the job.
No direct line reports but interfacing with accounts payable team members, explaining/training correct accounting rules to follow.
- University diploma in economics (Accounting/Finance)
- Business English (intermediate knowledge)
- Business Spanish (basic knowledge) - advantage
- Microsoft Outlook (basic knowledge)
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate knowledge)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate knowledge)
