RESPONSABILITATI

Supporting the product costing and production order process, performing all the necessary procedures in SAP from the moment of production order creation until release/sale of the finished product; producing the necessary analysis and reports.
Daily & Weekly & Monthly metric reporting for the division referring to the production assembling process.
Monitoring and processing the monthly working time and other similar related to the production process and payroll ( e.g. medical leave / holiday etc.) .
Supporting the FA process, A/P and A/R monthly conciliation process, preparing ad-hoc reports for local and division management, inventory count procedures, etc.
Supporting the accounting process of monthly closing and reporting in adherence to the Corporate reporting timetable, doing the necessary closing operations, and generating the specific reports.
Support the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting the SOX processes.
Assist the company and the ESS division in completing the annual PP process, monthly forecasts other specific processes, obtaining the necessary reports or information out of local ERP (SAP), performing miscellaneous analysis and reports required.
Assist the local Finance Manager and his team in completing the audit and tax packs as required.
Provide full support to the local management dealing with the ever changing needs of the business and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Completing all standard and non-standard duties in a timely and effective manner.


CERINTE

University Degree;
Very good knowledge of cost accounting and product costing;
Good level of English;
Work and professional experience;
Previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment at least 3 years;
SAP experience –minimum 3 years- it’s a “must have”;
Very good knowledge of EXCEL, able to work with large databases and the specific functions.
Reporting line: will report directly to the local finance manager.
