Leading a team of process associates in the areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Overview and active participation in the monthly closing activities, preparation of specific month-end accounting journals
Review and preparation of monthly account reconciliations
Providing technical accounting support to junior members of staff and assistance in complex accounting issues
Supervision of team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise
Screen and select team members as per customer requirements
Daily relationship with customer¿s leadership team, build and maintain rapport with the customer
Deliver operational excellence
Initiate and execute process improvement
- Fluent in German and English;
