Job expirat
Processing invoices relating to accounts payables and receivables;
Post suppliers invoices in accounting system according to nature of services and allocation on projects;
Filing and file maintenance;
Accounts Reconciliation;
Preparing Journal Entries;
Daily cash register;
Bank statements;
Evidence of all advance payments and the expenses made;
Involvement in invoicing process
Bachelor degree or final year in Accounting/Finance
At least 6 months experience in accounting according to Romanian Accounting Standards
Well organized, effective time management skills
Fast learner
Team-worker
Good command of English (speaking and writing)
Very good Excel/Word practice
