-Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices relating to accounts payables and receivables;
- Post suppliers invoices in accounting system according to nature of services and allocation on projects;
- Filing and file maintenance;
- Accounts Reconciliation;
- Preparing Journal Entries;
- Daily cash register;
- Bank statements;
- Evidence of all advance payments and the expenses made;
- Involvement in invoicing process
- Bachelors degree or final year in Accounting/Finance
- At least 6 months experience in accounting according to Romanian Accounting Standards
- Well organized, effective time management skills
- Fast learner
- Team-worker
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Very good Excel/Word practice
