- Communicate/meeting with clients in order to solve any problem that occurs regarding payments;
- Prepare account statements, reconciliations and other necessary reports;
- Allocate the receipts to invoices;
- Prepare /sent to the client all the documents for collection of receivables in accordance with company policy (promissory notes);
- Prepare and book Compensation orders with clients
- Ensure compliance with the relevant internal and external regulatory rules and procedures;
- University degree in Economics;
- 2-3 years relevant working experience;
- Fluency in English (additional European language is nice to have)
- Experience with an integrated accounting system - SAP;
- Self-confident person, ambitious and dynamic person
- Good communication skills
- Organized, accurate and structured person;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- 6 months temporary contract
