On behalf of our prestigious client, an international real estate investment management group with a strong presence in the UK, Central and Eastern Europe and the Asia Pacific markets, we're searching for an Accountant part-time ( 16 hours / week)
Your previous accounting and financial knowledge will be essential in this role as your responsibilities will be wide-ranging:-
1. Supervise & Monitor all the Accounting & Financial operations;
2. Actively involved in day-to-day activities of the business;
3. Compile monthly balance sheet reports;
4. Complete statutory accounting, TVA, P&L, Cash flow forecasts etc;
5. Manage the payroll system;
6. Assist in the budgeting process;
7. Complete analysis based on specific business objectives and actions;
8. Participate in the improvement of internal policies and procedures;
9. Be fully updated in terms of legislation, new laws and procedures particularly relating to the field of activity;
10. Provide periodical activity report.
Our requirements include:-
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Accountant Degree ;
- Communicative, flexible, ethical and professional;
- Fluency in English
- IT literate (MSOffice , SQL knowledge will be an advantage )
