Job main objective:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Job functions:
- Develops system to account for financial transactions
- Maintains and balances general ledger and subsidiary accounts
- Responsible for one part of the financial accounting such as accounts payable, accounts receivable or of the auditing function
- Performs routine and repetitive accounting duties under supervision/coordination of the senior accountant such as checking matching payments to accounts receivable plus invoice items and reminders for payment for an accounts receivable
- Preparing money transfers/bank statements, checking purchase orders for an accounts payable
- Posts journal entries, verifies information, files and assists in the preparation of reports
- Reviews and analyze the accuracy of journal vouchers, accounting classifications assigned to various records and the like
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years practice in accounting
- Strong organizing abilities
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast -pace professional environment
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities
- Very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
