Responsible for gathering data, input of all transactions into the Financial System.
Responsible for the coding and submission of invoices.
Responsible for billing, bank reconciliations.
Responsible for cash flow management and payroll.
Responsible for monitoring performance against budget continuously.
Responsible for providing accurate daily figures to the management.
Participates with the monthly closings.
Assists in accounts payable and receivable processing.
Assists with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements, and maintain Balance Sheet schedules.
Assists with closing the books and in producing monthly Profit and Loss statements.
Assists in the daily operations of the Financial Department.
Assists with VAT and other Tax returns.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
For our client, a management consulting company, acting in a wide variety of industries and functions, we are looking for a Junior Accountant.
Required:
Bachelor’s economic degree required;
Knowledge and Proficiency of Finance/Accounting Principles;
Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant accounting role within a multinational company;
Extensive computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
Meticulous and precise work habits; a fine appreciation for detail;
Excellent command of the English language and grammar both written and verbal communication.
