• Review invoices, bills, vouchers or other documents to make sure they are in line with the contracts and they are properly approved
• Post transactions into Scala accounting system; customers & suppliers invoices according to Romanian legislation
• Booking of bank statements including bank reconciliation (payments, receipts, others)
• Income recognition from deferred income to income
• Ensure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices and documentation are compliance with Romanian regulation
• Booking and follow up of petty cash expenses/ incomes - treasury
• Prepare the trail balance and the draft balance sheet for revision
• Provide support to Chief Accountant during closing process, for both statutory and group reporting. Provides support during audit and fiscal controls.
• Relationship with Labour Chamber (Camera de munca)
• Follow up documents related to employees - work protection, statements, employee book, employees register declared on line
* Prepares VAT calculation and returns, prepares local tax and other tax declarations as required
* Provides support to Chief Accountant in calculation of Profit tax return
* Prepares management reports and variance analysis as requested by the management
* Keeps up to date with the changes in local accounting and tax legislation;
Salary: For first 3 month 2,200 lei, after 3 month upon performance 2,400 lei
lunch vouchers; annual bonus according to company and individual performance for both positions
