Department/ Organization: Accounting/Finance -Danone Romania
Location: Bucharest offices
Reports to: Chief Accountant
Job scope: Responsible for the preparation and booking of cash related documents and expense orders.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of accounting data;
- Support and challenge the operational departments to comply with the internal deadlines;
- Accounts for and follows up services acquired;
- Checks the correctness of completion for cash advances and expense orders;
- Monitors the sold for each employee;
- Monitors/checks and records the payment for expenses trough credit cards.
Education: University degree ¿ Economics
Experience:2 years experience in accounting;
Competencies:
- Good analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organized person.
- PC skills : Good computer skills (Excel, accounting software, SAP is a plus)
- Languages: English ¿ medium level
