Job Scope :
- Is in charge with one or more accounting areas within Danone Romania
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the accounts – periodically issues the balance report per categories of accounts
- Monitors, checks and re-conciliates the expenses per cost centre, together with department representatives
- Drafts monthly estimations for expenses, per accounts and cost centers
- Participates in inventories in company’s warehouses
- Issues periodical reports on usage and stocks for raw materials/ finished products and other merchandise (imported products)
- Keeps the record on quantity and value for: ins/outs in/from quarantine and central warehouse
- Checks the correctness of completion for cash advances and expense orders
- Checks the payment of cash advances and order expenses
- Records the payroll for each platform in SAP
- Analyzes the accounts for salaries and salaries linked taxes
- Daily records in SAP the bank extracts
- Verifies the perceived commissions, interests for bank deposits, overnight, overdraft
Education :
- University degree – economical profile
Working Experience :
- 1 - 3 year experience as an accountant or a similar job
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication skills
- Able to work individualy as well as a team member
- The desire to learn / develop
- Flexible
- Organized person
- Knowledge of accounting and leagislation, fiscality
PC skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with accounting software
Languages :
- English – conversational level
