¿ Responsible for processing the vendor invoices and for the management of the statutory accounts payable - accounts 167, 168, 401 (excluding Inter-company 4012 and including 409), 404, 408, 462, 446, 602, 604, 611, 622, 623, 624, 626, 628, 658.
¿ Responsible for the filling and maintenance of the archive related to above accounts.
¿ Processing bank statements in RON and foreign currency (cash in-out).
¿ Processing Expense Reports in local and foreign currency.
¿ Customs declarations processing
¿ Expenses analysis ¿ phones, fuel, car expenses etc.
¿ Management of the meal tickets.
¿ Preparation of the Bank tenders and guarantees documentation.
¿ Preparation of the tax certificates documentation.
¿ General accounting analysis and ad hoc reporting as required by the Chief accountant.
o Essential - Academical background in Economy, preferable Finance;
o Essential ¿ PC abilities - MS Office, Lotus.
o Essential ¿ Fluency in English
o Essential - Romanian GAAP and tax knowledge, at least two years experience;
o Desirable - US GAAP or IAS experience;
o Desirable ¿ Expert, Oracle, Multicash use experience.
