- Correctness and timely defrayal of the payroll and the correct taxation.
- Checks the validity of the department pay sheet compilation.
- Keeps accountancy on the payroll, social security, income tax and wage withholding.
- Ensures the timely accountancy and pay of social tax and income tax and presents the documentation.
- Compiles pay receipts for the employees. Reports correct data.
- Compiles and presents the statistical reports about wages.
- Completes and registers sick leave sheets and sends them to the health insurance funds for disbursement.
- Reports bank operations in the accountancy.
- Compiles the quantity surveillance accountancy.
- Keeps the special benefit accountancy, compiles the documentation, calculates the taxes and ensures their timely payment.
- Keeps the accountancy for nonresident's income tax, compiles the documentation.
- Calculates the errand costs and keeps account of the documentation-related sums, presents the data to the cashier for sums to be disbursed.
- Keeps account of the advance sums and advance costs.
- Inventory accountancy for stock.
- Informs, via the e-mail, the financial manager about significant deviances and errors that have emerged during the work.
- Complies with the requirements presented in the internal rules and internal accountancy rules.
- Participates, if necessary, in the inventorying.
Main objective: compilation of a timely and correct payroll, correct reflection of costs and bank operations in the accountancy.
Requirments:
- University degree in Economics Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in accountancy area
- Familiar with payroll softwares
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian payroll system
- Fluent in English
