-Prepare journal entries for financial transactions
-Responsible for maintenance of cash books and cash tracking documents
-Process records for bills and/or payables
-Ensure VAT bookings are in line in with legislation
-Review expense reports and invoices
-Perform routine accounting duties following company and accounting procedures
-Prepare reconciliation statements for further review
-May prepare trial balances and financial statements
-Close accounting system on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Perform post checks and prepare reports
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Experience with US GAAP is an advantage
-3+ years experience
-Detail oriented and organized
-Ability to follow established procedures
-Has been used to working with Western companies
-Understanding of general financial principles
-Has a very strong concern for accuracy
-Good English level
-Team Player
-Friendly but firm approach
-Self-motivated
