RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts payable, booking and treasury activity for all companies of Nobel group.
Banking
- Daily cash reconciliations for bank accounts
- Review and analyze daily cash movements
- Communication with the international banks
Accounts payable payment
- Set up templates and payments into the bank system
- Checking Aged AP
- Update the Payment Register
- Create checks
- Communication with suppliers and Nobel Departments related to payments information
- Book payments into accounting system
- Accounts payable booking
- Manage PO processing
- Book AP and expense reports for Nobel companies
- Fixed assets
- Manage the fixed assets evidence into the specialized software
- book transactions and depreciation into the accounting system
- book transaction and depreciation into Solomon
- Others
- Various other month end tasks as needed
- Assist in annual audit
- Experience in financial field: 2-3 years
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Finance & Accounting or a closely related field
- Knowledge of US GAAP a plus
- Very good Knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger accounting/functions
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral (fluency is a must)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Problem Solving skills
