Today that company means products of the highest quality and they offer the widest range of spices, mustards and taste supplements on the market. They supply over 250 different products to the retail market and more than 130 products for gastronomy. They also supply over 200 products to each of our Subsidiaries in Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Czech and Slovakia. They’ve been number 1 on the Polish Condiments and Mustards market continuously for the last few years thanks to constantly building the category, strengthening its meaning and developing new trends.

Responsibilities:

- Produces the trial balance and the balance sheets in compliance with Group Policies
- Ensures the application of the financial internal rules and procedures
- Coordinates allocations, inventories and assets, reconciles general ledger accounts, entering of revenue and expenditure, payable and financial accounting
- Manages control bank documentation and reconciles, formalizes currency related procedures, forecast Treasury balances (rev/exp) and monitor balance flows, reconciles Treasury balance and Financial Position variation
- Manages customer records maintenance, issuing of documents (invoice, CN, DN etc), balance customer items and allocation
- Manages supplier records maintenance, consistency check between invoices and accounts payable documentation
- Reporting (Local Managements and Local Authorities)
- Lead, manage and automate the provision of routine information to local users from SAP
- General Ledger
- Lead and manage the provision of financial accounting services and data on a timely and accurate basis – including fixed assets, cash and divestment activities.
-- Ensure appropriate information is provided for tax, Corporation Tax and payroll compliance to the relevant individuals and external bodies
- Preparation of ad hoc and routine ‘accounting/management’ information
- Manage and operate the basic reporting processes for actuals and forecasts to agreed quality and fast close timeline


CERINTE

- General Accounting process and Balance Sheet(civil, fiscal, company, legal aspects)
- Accounting principles and plan of accounts
- Administrative procedures (banks, allocations, general accounting, etc)
- Financial management (cash flow, Indicators, change risk, etc)
- Credit management and Taxation
- Knowledge of IAS
- Synthesis and Judgment, Decision making
- Used with external relations (Bank, Suppliers, Customers)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as Financial Manager, international exposure would be an asset;
- University degree in finance;
- Language skills: Romanian and English, both fluent verbally and in writing;
- Communicative, initiating, adapts easily to continuously changing circumstances, strong personality.
