Leading a team of 22 Process Associates in the area of Customer Support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, having the following responsibilities:
¿ Overview and active participation in the monthly closing activities, preparation of specific month-end accounting journals
¿ Review and preparation of monthly account reconciliations
¿ Supervision of team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise
¿ Screen and select team members as per customer requirements
¿ Meet and exceed team Performance Standards & targets.
¿ Daily relationship with customer¿s leadership team, build and maintain rapport with the customer
¿ Deliver operational excellence
¿ Act as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
¿ Initiate and execute process improvement
Over 3 years of professional experience in accounting and leadership expertise;
BA or MA in Economics/ Accounting;
SAP or other integrated ERP knowledge, computer literate;
Excellent English skills, any other European language is an advantage;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong business acumen and initiative;
Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude;
