Adecco Human Resources is recruiting for its client, one of the biggest multinational companies in the Oil & Gas Industry, an Account Payable Coordinator for it's office in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
Overall – Processing of vendor invoices and compliance with Accounts Payable internal controls and procedures. Also includes processing of accounts receivable and cash receipts, if applicable.
- Prepare cash disbursement vouchers/wire transfer requests with supporting documentation and route to appropriate parties for goods/services received.
- Send cash disbursement voucher/bank instructions to Prague for payment.
- Maintain filing system for invoices and supporting documents up-to-date.
- Coding of invoices according to Chart of Accounts and payables policies.
- Tracking of contract expenditures and compliance with drilling contract terms.
- Maintain Payables Invoice Log and inform about any deviations or errors in invoice registration process
- Track and analyze Spent vs. Contract Value, for planning & budgeting purposes; report deviations to BSM and implement corrective actions
- Keep close relationship and communication with suppliers and ensure all invoices are processed in due time and as per the payables policies and controls in place.
- Assist in the Drilling Controls Analyst in processing drilling-related invoices.
- Invoice review to ensure invoice and all required back up has been submitted.
- Maintain invoice flow through drilling and expedite late approvals.
- Ensure proper communication with Prague Payables; resolve any vendor queries related to invoice errors, re-billing, wrong payment details, payment delays, etc.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate ;
- Good command of English;
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Good mathematics and financial skills;
